Strippers at a funeral
Supposedly the richest Chinese families hired strippers to the funerals to help the dead have a great afterlife! Authority are cracking down though and have begun arresting the funeral strippers...
Alien hand syndrome...
Yes, it's real. Alien Hand Syndrome, or Dr. Strangelove, is a condition in which an individual's hand seems to take on a mind of its own! They have normal feeling of their arm but can't control the movement making it known as the alien hand. It's a neurological problem in which the sufferer may truly believe a higher power has taken control of their hand!
...There is no actual treatment at the moment.
Crocodiles
A crocodile's tongue is attached to the bottom of its mouth making it unable to move...
Rhino
A rhino's horn is actually made up of keratin, the same thing our hair and nails are made of!

Starfish can actually turn themselves inside out. They attach themselves to their prey and turn their stomachs inside out to suck and digest the food through shells, then they turn back and suck the rest up through one of the arms.

In the early 1800's, the word 'pants' was supposedly considered a dirty word in England...

Haha, I knew most of these, but they're still hilarious.
Here in Japan, "pants" means/refers to underwear, so while not a dirty word, you will make small children giggle to death and older people not in the English know side-eye you if you start referring to your jeans as "pants".
Great hub :) When I went to Thailand the other year I saw some guy put his head in a crocodiles mouth, no sign of the tongue though! voted up and now going to read the other hub you refer to.
